Rates

• $45 per hour base rate for standard repairs.
• $70 per hour express rate for emergency repairs.

Conditions

    Travel expenses apply for all On-site repairs; these include the current rate for compensation for mileage to and from the site and a $10 charge. On-site repairs are scheduled 3-5 days in advance; express will be scheduled as soon as possible. Turnaround time depends on parts availability and workload; most repairs will be finished 2-4 days after they come in (express service typically 1-2).

     A one-hour minimum is required on most repairs - the "diagnostic hour" is to cover both diagnosis and time needed to repair the problem if the diagnosis falls within an hour. After the diagnostic hour, if there is extra time left I will fix as much of the problem as possible with the remainder. Additional time will only be billed after permission is granted. 90% of repairs fall within one to one and a half hours of total labor (this includes the diagnostic hour).  

• 10% discount for referrals - if a customer recommended me then mention it and you will both get a discount (referrer gets 10% credited to next bill).
• 25% discount on second computer - when you bring in more than one at a time, 50% on the third computer (yes you can bring your friends' computers too I won't ask).
